How do I place an order ?
We want to make it as simple as possible for you so that you can get back to your students. You can either send us your official purchase order by whatever method is easiest for you - email, fax, mail or even phone (see our contact details).

Don't forget to include:
  • The Ship to Address
  • The Bill to Address if it is different
  • Your phone and / or fax number.

What if I want more information on one of your products ?
Just contact us, and we will be happy to answer your questions and provide you with a detailed proforma invoice.

Do we need to prepay our order ?
Until you have established credit with us, all orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

How can I make payment?
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), by check (made payable in US dollars through a US bank), or by wire transfer.  Our bank details are available upon request.

How long will it take to get my order ?
We understand that a delay means your students don't have access to the equipment they need. We do everything possible to ship your order as soon as possible. Normally, that is within 10 to 15 working days from receiving your order. Shipping time usually adds another 3 to 10 days.

How much is shipping?
That depends on where we are shipping and what we are shipping.  Once you have defined your needs, we are happy to provide you with a proforma invoice detailing the cost of shipping.
The 14% charge covers all the costs of shipping, insurance, customs documentation and any other costs in the US. The only charges NOT includes are local taxes and duties, and any other charges your government imposes.

What is the warranty on your products ?
Products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. In most cases, this is a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

What if I have a problem with my equipment ?
If you have a problem, let us know. Try to describe the problem as completely as possible, including the setup you were using the problems occurred. We will try to walk you through some trouble shooting steps to see if we can isolate the problem.

As soon as we determine what has to be replaced (everything or just one component), we will send you a new replacement at no cost to you. In the meantime, we ask that you return you return the faulty unit the easiest way (air mail is fine) so that we can determine the exact cause of the failure in order to eliminate future problems.
